None of these manuscripts bear Digges's name, and have been identified by handwriting comparisons with documents in Maryland Province Archives. They probably came into the hands of Baltimore Archbishop Leonard Neale (d. Georgetown, 18 June 1817), and thence to Georgetown. One is bound in an 1815 Baltimore newspaper.
