Revision of Epidemiological Research Guidelines (Rappoteur), 2003 - 2005

This series contains material related to Capron's work with international health agencies, namely the World Health Organization and Council for International Organization of Medical Sciences (CIOMS).

Capron was Director, Department of Ethics, Trade, Human Rights and Health Law (2003-2006) and Director of Ethics in Health, Director General’s Office (2002-2003) for WHO. He also served as Vice President (1989-93), Executive Committee member (1987-93), Rapporteur, Working Group on Revision of International Ethical Guidelines for Epidemiological Studies (2004-08), and Co-Chair of the Conference on Genetics, Ethics and Human Values: Human Genome Mapping, Genetic Screening and Therapy, Tokyo & Inuyama City (1990) for CIOMS.
