The Donald Powell Papers 2 represent a portion of the personal papers of Catholic intellectual Donald Powell. Of principal interest is a long run of letters from well renown American painter and teacher Carl Schmitt to Powell, regarding their long friendship, their writings, philosophy, Catholic issues, world events, politics, and mutual aquaintances.
