Scope and Contents A resolution (1810) with five ordinances: (1) that unknown priests should not exercise priestly functions with church chalices or sacred vestments; (2) that priests should not baptize outside of the church; (3) that marriages should be performed in the church; (4) that priests should discourage an “attachment to entertainments”; and (5) that priests should not administer the sacraments to Freemasons.
