World War I German Eastern Front photograph album containing black-and-white prints and handwritten captions. The album was likely created by a member of the Reserve Field Artillery Regiment 55 of the 75th Reserve Division (German Empire). The album begins with training at Jüterbog, Germany, in October 1914 and ends with a portrait (maybe of the creator) in December 1918. Sites depicted are in modern-day Poland, Belarus, and Lithuania.

Images depict the life of German soldiers, the occupation and destruction of towns, refugees and displaced peoples, and casualities of war.
