Marcel Brown, and typed list of Black newspapers and peridoicals (circa 1943); as well as press realasees, bulletins, and correspondence on the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party and the American Friends Service Committee.

The collection was donated by Janice Lewis on August 29, 1978. The collection had been formed by Corina Higginson Rogers and given to Ms. Lewis while she was a student at Chaffley College.
