Scope and Contents
The Bergen Papers also contain digital audio/video files contained on optical media (DVDs), thumb drives, digital recorders, and hard drives. The DVDs and thumb drives are located with the audio and videotape in box 59, and include: video exhibits of John Walker Lindh after his capture at Kunduz in 2001; an unclassified PowerPoint photo presentation; Storyhouse documentary "Mission:OPS, Assignment: IEDs"; CNN documentary "In the Footsteps of bin Laden"; an interview of Jamal Khalifa "on al-Qaeda Minutes"; digitized photo files; a lecture by Peter Bergen at NYU on 4/5/2006; and the documentary "Al-Qaeda 2.0", produced by Bergen in 2003.
18 additional interview recordings (stored in two Sony IC recorders) from 2010-2011 and 2015-2016 are currently unidentified, and are stored with the restricted interview recordings in box 69.
