(2) A BA diploma from Woodstock (June 24, 1929)
(3) An MA diploma from Woodstock (June 14, 1930)
(4) A cedula (identity/residence document) certificate from the Philippines (1932)
(5) A tax clearance certificate from the Philippines (June 30, 1932)
(6) A US residency certification after returning from the Philippines (September 25, 1933)
(7) An MS in Meteorology diploma from MIT, with portion of commencement program (June 6, 1939)
(8) A US passport (August 9, 1939)
(9) A Bureau of Civil Service form from the Philippines appointing Welch to the Astronomical Division of the Manila Observatory Weather Bureau (February 16, 1940)
(10) Faculties allowing Welch to celebrate mass and perform other priestly functions (July 12, 1945)
(11) An honorary alumnus membership certificate for the Ateneo de Manila (June 16, 1947)
(12) Faculties allowing Welch to celebrate mass and perform other priestly functions for the Maryknoll communities in the Archdiocese of Manila (January 2, 1948)
(13) A diploma from the Maryknoll Fathers Institute of Language and Cultural Research in Davao City showcasing Welch's completion of an eight-month course--Cebuano Language and Filipino Culture (April 25, 1969)
