Washington DC: Ethiopian Student Union in North America, 23rd Congress of ESUNA Organizing Committee - Washington DC Chapter, 1975. Argues that the formation of the new Party is "the most timely and earth-shaking occurence." Criticizes the Eritreans for Liberation in North America for issuing a "sectarian and unprincipled attack" on the new organization.
