Bound in dark brown calf; joints fragile with rear board nearly detached. Inscription on page [vii] by recipient, James Bidewell, of having received the book from John Clarke of Mileham [Norfolk UK]. A listing of choir members, divided into tenors (8), basses (4), and musicians (2), on page [i]. Index of songs on pages [ii]–[vi]. Dates of 1820, 1821, and 1824 within. A faint, paragraph-long inscription in pencil on page 282. Pages 261-280 blank, with several leaves trimmed or lacking (e.g., 262-263, 268-269, 272-273, 276-279).
