Scope and Contents
More than 300 pamphlets, primarily containing published versions of lectures produced by various universities worldwide, mainly in the United Kingdom, with the University of Oxford predominating. In addition to lectures, the collection also includes essays, sermons, College records, and other small printed ephemera. The series is divided into 13 sub-series containing materials from the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, Queen’s University of Belfast, University of London, University of Glasgow, University of St. Andrews, University of Durham, University of Edinburgh, University of Leicester, University of Nottingham, University of Liverpool, and the University College of Rhodesia and Nyasaland, as well as a miscellaneous category containing pamphlets from various American, European, African, and Australian institutions.

Conditions Governing Access
Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Collections stored off site require a minimum of three days for retrieval. For use of all manuscripts collections, researchers are advised to contact the Booth Family Center for Special Collections in advance of any visit.
