Biographical / Historical
Sir David Alexander Cecil Low (1891-1963) was a New Zealand cartoonist and caricaturist who lived and worked in England from 1919 until his death. One of the most well-known political cartoonists of the 20th century, his most famous work was published in the Evening Standard chronicling the rise of fascism and the Second World War.
