Scope and Contents
A collection of materials dated between 1939 and 1977 related to Peter Hunt, an editor for Associated-Rediffusion, a British ITV franchise. One notebook, dated 1951, with notes on various programs. A typescript in 3 parts of a piece called “The Super Tramp.” 16 scripts or partial scripts for shows Hunt worked on, mostly documentary or historical pieces. More than 200 pieces of correspondence, notes, and ephemera sent to Hunt from more than 80 correspondents, mostly people involved in the research, writing, and production of Associated-Rediffusion programs.
