Scope and Contents

The subject files series contains materials related to Da Costa's professional and personal activities. It is divided into four files: performance programs and reviews collected by Da Costa; material related to individuals, containing letters, clippings, music, etc.; material related to Da Costa's career in academia, primarily at Rutgers; and last, material related to Da Costa's career as an instrumentalist and recording artist, composer, conductor, and publisher.

Conditions Governing Access

Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Collections stored off site require a minimum of three days for retrieval. For use of all manuscripts collections, researchers are advised to contact the Booth Family Center for Special Collections in advance of any visit.
