Internal reports of Press Branch, OMGUS / ICD examining the press and public opinion in Germany regarding the Joint Export Import Authority (JEIA), the Bizonal Economic Council in Frankfurt, agitation for a "party press", and German press criticism of currency control laws; three press releases from Public Information Branch, OMGB, regarding the loss of civilian contract for an OMGUS political analyst, the rights of German citizens involved in traffic incidents with "Occupation Personnel", and the suspension of criminal procedings against Alfred Loritz.
