Scope and Contents

Memos and letters from supervisors within the Foreign Service, OLCB, and OMGUS regarding the status and work of Erich Isenstead; much of this material was collected for annexes to an employee exception request by Isenstead in response to Memorandum #21, HQ EUCOM, regarding civilian personnel (1948-03-22).
