Scope and Contents

Employee record cards, employee action records, efficiency ratings, position descriptions, personal history statements, supervisor's statements, and memos regarding the work of Erich Isenstead. The bulk of these documents consist of various annexes to a request for exception to Memorandum #21 of HQ EUCOM (1948-03-22) regarding U.S. citizenship requirements of civilian personnel.
