Scope and Contents

From the Series:

Autograph and typed manuscripts of novels and short stories written by Antonia White. Arranged alphabetically by title.

Series includes White's correspondence with Joseph "Peter" Thorp, who had trained as a Jesuit and reached out to her after reading "Frost in May". The letters dating between 1940 to 1942 were published as "The Hound and the Falcon: the Story of a Reconversion to the Catholic Faith" (1966).
