Also includes 3 articles published by "La Estrella de Panama" in May-June 2016 by prominent journalist and historian Monica Guardia. They provide background of why and how the President Ricardo Adolfo de la Guardia called the election of a Constutuent Assembly: the importance of this which permitted for the first time the participation of women to exerecise their full plotical rights.
