8 carbon TLs from JFS to Charles Evans Hughes, Secretary of State, all concerning the final closing of the Interallied Technical Board in November, 1922, with special emphasis placed on where the archives of the IATB would be housed (the U. S. State Department) and total U. S. costs of participation on the board. Letters include references to the following: the American Red Cross, the Ussuri Railway, Standard Oil Company, the Inter-Allied Railway Agreement, the Chinese Eastern Railway, and the Siberian Railway.
