The Rogers Family Papers consist of fifteen series, the first being on the Rogers & Clarke families in general, and the remainder focusing on the papers of individuals such as James Webb Rogers I, J. Harris Rogers, James Charles Rogers, Cora Rogers Clarke, Phillips H. Clarke Jr., Mae Harris Clarke and George E. Sullivan. The final series contains objects and oversize materials of varying types.

Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Blaine; 1 copy of "Queer Book in Press!" or "Pierre le Grand," a pamphlet with poetry about the Pan Electric Telephone Company scandal and Grover Cleveland; 2 copies of "Baalam and Jekyll: Pan Electric Extravaganza," also regarding the scandal, written under the pseudonym, "Jesuit"; 1 copy of "Parthenon," regarding Rogers' estate, Parthenon Heights; a fragment from "Lafitte; or, the Greek Slave," an epic poem probably by JWR I. Includes a typset letter from Rogers to the rector of St.Paul's Church of New York City describing Rogers' family situation and his conversion to Catholicism (26 Apr 1869), two tickets to hear Rogers speak on religion and two fragments of printed articles by JWR I.
