The Rogers Family Papers consist of fifteen series, the first being on the Rogers & Clarke families in general, and the remainder focusing on the papers of individuals such as James Webb Rogers I, J. Harris Rogers, James Charles Rogers, Cora Rogers Clarke, Phillips H. Clarke Jr., Mae Harris Clarke and George E. Sullivan. The final series contains objects and oversize materials of varying types.

Davis of Gloucester, Mass. to Clarke (14 Dec 1844) discussing the Presidential election of 1844; 1 envelope addressed to Clarke from Sarah B. Smith at the Normal School in West Newton, Mass. (undated, prob. 1840's); 1 ALS in the form of a poem addressed to Clarke from an unknown person (undated, probably 1840's); 1 land grant document (1 May 1861) acknowledging that R. L. B. Clarke possessed a specific piece of land in North Dakota, possibly only an official copy, signed for Abraham Lincoln; 1 printed postcard to Clarke from Wm. D. Baldwin (1 Nov 1874); 1 postcard from Phillips H. Clarke, Sr. (12 Aug 1895); 1 wedding invitation addressed to Clarke for the marriage of his son, Phillips H. Clarke, Sr. to Cora Rogers (15 Dec 1900); 3 TLSs addressed to Clarke after his death regarding stock in his name.
