1 Autograph Document dated 11/13/1862 , indicating that Dr. Gauillard is enclosing papers [not retained] to assist Mrs. Mason in her efforts. The Medical Purveyor cannot provide money, but he will work to aid Mrs. Mason's project. Reference is made to culinary arrangements in various hospitals and to caring for invalids. Written from the Medical Director's Office in Richmond, Virginia.
