Facsimile of signed autograph manuscript by Algernon Charles Swinburne, entitled, "Mr. Whistler's Lecture on Art." This was a critical response to James McNeill Whistler's "Ten O'Clock Lecture," on art given in 1885. Swinburne's critique was published in the "Fortnightly Review," (June 1888). Facsimile produced by the Bibliophile Society (13 pages with duplicate of first page).
