ALS dated November 27, [no year] (3 pages) from John Churton Collins (English literary critic, 1848-1908) to Algernon Charles Swinburne. Reference to Shakespeare's "employment of prose for metrical expression." Includes autograph note on fourth page by Swinburne about Herbert Mason: "Bertie near Dorking sitting down & looking round. 'This reminds me of Switzerland - at least pictures of it.' Likes Moliere better than anything I have read to him."
