Manuscript #178: ALS dated 4/5/1883 (3 pages) from Algernon Charles Swinburne to publisher Andrew Chatto, requesting the forwarding of notices/reviews for the article on Mary Queen of Scots that Swinburne had contributed to the Encyclopedia Britannica. Reference also to forwarding "...In a day or two...the MS of a small volume of verse..." which Mayfield identifies (Index Card #178) as the prospective, "A Century of Roundels," (published eventually by Worthington, 1883).
