Amendments to the Permanent Court of International Justice, 1920 - 1921
Scope and Contents
Material concerning the court and its advisory Commission of Jurists. At the Second Hague Peace Conference, Scott presented a proposal for the establishment of an international court. In 1920 the League of Nations appointed an Advisory Commission of Jurists to develop specific plans for the court, using Scott's original proposals as a basis for discussion.
