Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

Collection assembled by Jeremiah J. O'Connor consisting of a wide assortment of materials pertaining to railroads, principally in the United States. Included are train schedules and time tables, printed promotional material, published manufacturer's brochures and catalogues, stock certificates, maps, photographs, and a variety of printed and other types of ephemera.

Gift of Margaret M. O'Connor (sister of J.J. O'Connor).

Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Collections stored off site require a minimum of three days for retrieval. For use of all manuscripts collections, researchers are advised to contact the Booth Family Center for Special Collections in advance of any visit.
