Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Williams to General Samuel Smith. 1 Autograph Letter Signed dated 11/17[?]/1828 from Smith to Susan F. Williams. 1 Autograph Manuscript by Smith: "General Otho Holland Williams." 1 Autograph Manuscirpt: "Otho Holland Williams was of ancient British blood."
