Miscellaneous Geological Studies, 1904-1991
Scope and Contents
Geological and mineralogy reports, along with some geological journals. Most of the material relates to the United States Department of Interior Geological Survey Saudi Arabian mission, and was published by either the USGS or by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. Some miscellaneous geological studies of other areas are included, as well as scattered symposium proceedings and geological journals. Box descriptions are not exhaustively inclusive, as the collection contains only partial runs of the documents indicated.

Conditions Governing Access
Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Library Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Collections stored off-site require a minimum of three days for retrieval. For use of all manuscripts collections, researchers are advised to contact the Booth Family Center for Special Collections in advance of any visit.
