2 TLSs from Heinrich Richter to JDM concerning Poland. Folder also includes memoranda and extracts of speeches delivered by Hitler sent by Richter to JDM. Included is a memorandum on the "Question of Approach," 1 Jan 1940, and one on "the necessity to destroy the mutual mistrust between England and this country," 1 Mar 1940. Richter was an attorney in Berlin who represented both Associated Press and Adam Opel A.G.
