1 glass negative of a page of a letter from C. Francis Jenkins to Edwin F. Murphy regarding the Tinyscope and the Phantoscope, motion picture devices which Jenkins and Armat were working on together. References to Thomas armat and their patents held in common. The letter was used as evidence in Armat Motion Picture Co. v. Edison Manufacturing Co. and is discussed in Edwin F. Murphy's testimony. The photo from this negative is in Folder 3 of Box 2 of the collection.
