Container Summary

1 glass negative of a contract signed by C. Francis Jenkins "waiving any rights of appeal from the decision of the Examiner of Interference," giving Thomas Armat the full rights to the patent they held jointly for their motion picture projector. The document is from the interference case, Jenkins v. Jenkins & Armat, in which a patent filed for by Jenkins was nearly identical to the patent the two held jointly already. The photo from this negative is in Folder 2 of Box 2 in the collection.
