Container Summary

1 glass negative of a document signed by C. Francis Jenkins clarifying his intention to uphold a contract between himself and Thomas Armat dividing the interest in their patent evenly. The photo from this negative can be found in Folder 2 of Box 2 in the collection.

1 glass negative of a contract signed by C. Francis Jenkins "waiving any rights of appeal from the decision of the Examiner of Interference," giving Thomas Armat the full rights to the patent they held jointly for their motion picture projector. The document is from the interference case, Jenkins v. Jenkins and Armat, in which a patent filed for by Jenkins was nearly identical to the patent the two held jointly already. The photo from this negative is in Folder 2 of Box 2 in the collection.

1 glass negative of a document possibly signed by C. Francis Jenkins, barely legible and undated. Document consists of a diagram of a motion picture projector, signed and notarized. Diagram could be that referred to by E. F. Murphy in his testimony included elsewhere in the collection. The photo from this negative is in Foder 2 of Box 2 in the collection.
