Container Summary

3 pages of agreements between Thomas Armat and C. Francis Jenkins in which Jenkins hands over full rights to the motion picture projector to Armat, the result of their lawsuit in 1896. Also contains 1 photo of a TLS (23 May 1895) from L. D. Bliss of the Bliss School of Electricity to Thomas Armat regarding an electrical device invented by Armat. Armat was enrolled at the Bliss School of Electricity when he was intorduced to C. Francis Jenkins by Bliss himself.
