Series-level Scope and Content Note
(Box 1, Folders 1 - 36; Box 2, Folders 1 - 2) This series is comprised of two parts: - Correspondence received by FG, including personal messages and greetings. Folder arrangement is chronological, with letters arranged alphabetically by surname. Date ranges from 1953 through 1989 and includes some undated correspondence denoted by [n.d.]. NOTE: See also correspondence in Professional and General Subject Files series (Boxes 3-4). - Correspondence sent by FG, primarily carbons and xerox copies. Also includes invitation cards sent and received. Correspondence is arranged chronologically. NOTE: See also correspondence sent by FG in Professional and General Subject Files series (Boxes 3-4).

Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections.
