(Box 4, Folders 2 - 17) This is part I of the Subject Files Series. Files contain correspondence and paperwork related to NJ's academic associations. Included is material about his academic sabbatical to the Netherlands as well as to his visit to Mexico. The bulk of the material concerns Dr. Joost's tenure at the Southern Illinois University. Included here are also some of the course outlines and student paper outlines for Joost's SIU English courses.
