Container Summary
Newclippings (1933-1974) from various North Carolina newspapers comprise this folder. Of particular note is a large section of "The North Carolina Catholic" (September 1, 1970) commemorating the history of catholicism in the state. This section provides informative historical material for the Diocese of Raleigh. Also included in the folder are items from other papers concerning the history of Madison County as well as the French Broad River.
