This folder consists of a copy of the Status Animarum Report sent to diocesean office in Raleigh for the period 1953-1970 for Chapel of the Redeemer Mission and St. Theresa Parish in Hot Springs, N.C. Included are statistics concerning baptisms, marriages, confirmations, converts and Catholics in the school system (both public and parochial schools). There is also an attached letter and addendum to the report which also provides statistics for Catholics in Revere, N.C. A section of the addendum addresses Negro Catholics in the area as well. Non-dated [notes] statistics for Catholicism in the county is also included.
