The Individual Authors Series contains correspondence, manuscripts, questionnaires from the Gallery of Living Catholic Authors, photos, publications, and clippings relating to individual authors who were accepted or considered as members of the Gallery of Living Catholic Authors established by Sister Mary Joseph, S.L., in 1932. 2 ALS by Judge Pierre Crabites, elected to the Gallery of Living Catholic Authors in 1941, to Sister Mary Joseph and Mr. [John Gilland] Brunini explain that he is intially wary of joining the Gallery because he has "seen so many goood men ruined by incense burnt to their vanity." Includes "copy of cablegram addressed to [Crabites] by the Grand Chamberlain of the King of Egypt" regarding article Crabites refers to in ALS.
