Stephen Joelson responds with a request to reproduce the letter in a forthcoming issue, assuring Meyer that the letter would be reproduced anonymously. H. A. Meyer's letter appeared on page 833 of East Africa and Rhodesia, Volume 39, number 2016 (May 30, 1963).
