From a coffin label, prayers to the gods of embalming. Fragment from a large Egyptian coffin. Black ink, hieroglyphics painted on a thin wooden veneer with several characters. Middle Kingdom, 12th Dynasty circa 1959 BCE - 1918 BCE. 320 x 164 mm.
