Frederiksen including notarized English translations of transcripts from the University of Vienna medical school (1948-1949), a customs and excise form for transporting a revolver through Newhaven (1945), a letter from the Swiss Consul general in Vienna extending his term under Swiss consular protection (1944) and a trilingual (English-German-Russian) confirmation of Frederiksen's American citizenship issued by the Swiss consul general in 1945.
