List of incidents prepared by Edward Rice(?) as to how Herder and Herder broke its good faith with the staff of Jubilee magazine. TYP, 1 page. Draft statement entitled "A Retraction and Apology" written by Frank Schworer, Werner Linz, and Justus George Lawlor regarding Herder and Herder's unauthorized use of Jubilee's staff and advisory board names in association with their edition of Jubilee magazine. Editorial comments throughout. PRN, 1 page. Jubilee subscription notice issued c. Nov. 1967 that went out still using Edward Rice's name.
