Four typed letter signed from Lev E. Dobriansky to Kofi Annan, Hennadii Udovenko, Jesse Helms and Madeleine Albright dated June 23, 1998. The letters to Secretary General Annan and General Assembly President Udovenko refer to the 40th observation of Captive Nations Week. Those to Secretary Albright and Senator Helms are in reference to the letters to Annan and Udovenko.
