Correspondence, award gala invitation, and advertising brochures from the Ellis Island Medal of Honor sponsored by the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations, Inc (NECO). Materials are accompanied by a typed letter signed from William Denis Fugazy, Chairman of NECO, to Lev E. Dobriansky dated November 25, 1996 warning him of unauthorized 14K gold copies of the Ellis Island Medals for sale.
