Copy of a formal invitation to Clark Clifford to testify before the Committee on Foreign Affairs on May 18, 1972 on a resolution "providing for the termination of U.S. military involvement and hostilities in Indochina." Attached is the test of the proposed resolution and a seven page outline of possible testimony, annotated in Clifford's hand.
