A facsimile broadcast letter personalized to Warnke from Jeremy J. Stone of the Federation of American Scientists enclosing a draft statement to be published in opposition to the Nixon resumption of bombing in North Vietnam. Attached are photocopies of pages from the Gravel edition of the Pentagon Papers addressing the reasons for the Johnson halt of bombing in 1968.
