Container Summary

A copy of a six page unsigned, undated document headed S T A T E M E N T. It recounts reaction of Hanoi, Peking, and Moscow to the Jan 25, 1972 peace plan announcement by President Nixon. It then goes on to criticize attempts by Republican figures, notably H. R. Haldeman, to link American domestic criticism of administration policies to the foreign statements.
