Container Summary

A letter (TLS) from John E. Koehler, CBO Assistant Director for National Security and International Affairs, sending a draft of the national security section of the CBO annual report and asking six specific questions. He refers to a telephone conservation between Warnke and Alice Rivlin. Also, a copy of a memorandum from Reuben McCornack enclosing a "Critique of the Report" and making recommendations for Warnke's reply (which is not found here).
